Pico-Lock Steckverbinder

Die Pico-Lock SMT-Wire-to-Board-Steckverbinder von Molex bieten ein einzigartiges seitliches formschlüssiges Design und eine hohe Strombelastbarkeit für Verbraucherapplikationen. Das Pico-Lock Wire-to-Board-System ist sowohl in Versionen mit einem Rastermaß von 1,00 mm als auch 1,50 mm erhältlich und bietet eine ideale Kombination aus niedrigem Profil, Hochstrom und robuster Verriegelung für alle Applikationen, die Platzeinsparungen und eine sichere Steckhaltekraft erfordern. Die Pico-Lock Steckverbinder mit seitlichen formschlüssigen Verriegelungen bieten eine hohe Signalleitungs-Strombelastbarkeit von 3,0 A. Dieses Design ermöglicht den Pico-Lock SMT-Wire-to-Board-Steckverbindern von Molex robuste Verbindungen mit extrem niedrigem Profil in Applikationen wie LED-TVs, Notebooks und Tablet-PCs. Eine Führungsrippe am Gehäuse bietet eine Polarisierung zusammen mit einer Steckführung, um sichere Verbindungen zu gewährleisten. Die Funktionen umfassen auch Reibungsverriegelungen für zusätzliche Stecksicherung und visuelle Steckbestätigung sowie eine breite Lötfahne, die in die Stiftleiste und um das Gehäuse für zusätzliche PCB-Haltekraft und mechanische Systemsicherung gewickelt wird.
