LPC553x/S3x MCU-Produktfamilie

Die NXP Semiconductors LPC553/S3x-MCU-Produktfamilie erweitert die Cortex-M33-basierte MCU-Universal-Baureihe. Sie bietet eine erhebliche Leistungssteigerung, alle On-Chip-RAMs mit Parity oder ECC, erneuerte Sicherheitsfunktionen und analoge Präzisionszusätze. Die Produktfamilie nutzt die kostengünstige 40 nm NVM-Prozesstechnologie.   Die LPC553x/S3x-Produktfamilie umfasst einen proprietären DSP-Beschleuniger, der eine 10-fache Reduzierung des Taktzyklus bietet und erhebliche Effizienzsteigerungen bei der Signalverarbeitung bietet.
