S3A to S3M Surface Mount Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor S3A to S3M Surface Mount Rectifiers feature a high surge current capability, low forward voltage drop, and a glass passivated chip junction. The S3A to S3M rectifiers have a 3A forward current and range from 50V to 1000V repetitive peak reverse voltage.
