TPS3899/TPS3899-Q1 Präzisions-Spannungsüberwacher

Der Texas Instruments TPS3899/TPS3899-Q1 Präzisionsspannungswächter ist ein Nanopower-Präzisionsspannungswächter mit einer Schwellenwertgenauigkeit von ±0,5 %, einer programmierbaren Mess- und Reset-Zeitverzögerung in einem platzsparenden 6-Pin-WSON-Gehäuse von 1,5 mm x 1,5 mm. Der TPS3899 ist ein funktionsreicher Spannungswächter, der die kleinste Gesamtlösungsgröße seiner Klasse bietet. Eine integrierte Hysterese, zusammen mit einer programmierbaren Verzögerung, verhindert falsche Reset-Signale bei der Überwachung von Spannungsschienen oder Drucktastensignalen.
