MCP47CXBXX Digital-Analog-Wandler

Microchip Technology MCP47CXBXX Digital-Analog-Wandler (DAC) sind gepufferte 8-, 10- und 12-Bit-Einkanal- und Zweikanal-Spannungsausgangs-DAC-ICs mit flüchtigem oder MTP-Speicher und einer seriellen I2C-Schnittstelle. Der integrierte MTP-Speicher kann durch den Nutzer bis zu 32 Mal für jedes spezifische Register geschrieben werden. Ein Hochspannungspegel auf dem HVC-Pin ist (typischerweise 7,5 V) ist erforderlich, um die gewünschte Speicherstelle zu programmieren. Der nicht flüchtige Speicher enthält Einschalt-Ausgangwerte, Bauteil-Konfigurationsregister und einen Universal-Speicher.
