MAX14934-MAX14936 Vier-Kanal- digitale Isolatoren

MAX14934-MAX14936 Vier-Kanal- digitale Isolatoren von Maxim sind Vier-Kanal, 5kV digitale Isolatoren, die digitale Signale zwischen Schaltkreisen mit verschiedenen Leistungsbereichen bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von bis zu +125°C übertragen. Die MAX14934-MAX14936 Produktfamilie bietet alle drei möglichen unidirektionalen Kanalkonfigurationen, um sich jedem Vier-Kanal-Design anzupassen, einschließlich SPI, RS-232, RS-485 und großen digitalen IO-Modulen. Geräte sind mit Datenraten von DC bis zu 1Mbps, 25Mbps oder 150Mbps erhältlich. Jedes Gerät ist auch in einer standardmäßigen High- oder standardmäßigen Low-Konfiguration erhältlich. Der Standard ist der Zustand, in den ein Ausgangssignal geht, wenn sein Eingang stromlos ist. Durch unabhängige 1,71V bis 5,5V Versorgung auf jeder Seite des Isolators eignen sich die Geräte auch für den Einsatz als Pegelumsetzer.
