MAX14930-2 Digitale Vierkanal-Isolatoren mit 2,75kV

Die Maxim MAX14930-2 digitalen Vierkanal-Isolatoren mit 2,75kV übertragen digitale Signale zwischen Schaltkreisen mit verschiedenen Leistungsbereichen bei einer Umgebungstemperatur von bis zu +125°C.  Konzipiert für robuste galvanische Trennung von Digitalsignalen widerstehen die MAX14930-2 Digital-Isolatoren 2,75kVRMS für 60 Sek. (VISO), widerstehen kontinuierlich 445VRMS(VIOWM), haben eine periodische Spitzenspannung von 630V (VIORM) und widerstehen ± 10kV Überspannung nach IEC 61000-4-5. Das Angebot bietet alle drei möglichen unidirektionalen Kanalkonfigurationen, um sich jedem Vierkanal-Design anzupassen, einschließlich SPI, RS-232, RS-485 und digitalen I/O-Anwendungen. Die Geräte können direkt mit den meisten Micros und FPGAs verbunden werden. Die Produktfamilie MAX14930-2 bietet Geräte mit Datenraten von DC bis zu 1Mbps, 25Mbps oder 150Mbps. Jedes Gerät ist in einer standardmäßigen High- oder standardmäßigen Low-Konfiguration erhältlich. Durch die unabhängige 1,71V bis 5,5V Versorgung auf jeder Seite des Isolators eignen sich die MAX14930-2 für den Einsatz als Pegelumsetzer.
