SKY6631x RF Amplifiers & Development Tools

Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY6631x High-Efficiency RF Power Amplifiers are fully input/output matched devices featuring high gain and linearity. The amplifiers offer excellent input and output return loss, integrated active bias, and an integrated enable ON / OFF function. Operating at a 5V single supply voltage, the SKY6631x are a complete family of pin-to-pin compatible PAs that support major 3GPP bands. The SKY6631x development tools evaluate, control, and configure the SKY6631x power amplifiers. Typical applications include enterprise small cells, and massive MIMO as a high-efficiency PA, and micro-/macro-base stations as a driver. In addition, these products support FDD and TDD 4G LTE and 5G 3GPP bands.
