bq7790x Stapelbare Li-Ion-Batterieschutz-ICs

Die stapelbaren Li-Ion-Batterieschutz-ICs bq7790x der 3-bis-5-Baureihe von Texas Instruments sind Akkupackschutz-ICs mit niedriger Leistungsaufnahme, die eine Reihe von Spannungs-, Strom- und Temperaturschutzfunktionen ausführen. Diese Schutzfunktionen werden alle ohne Mikrocontroller-(MCU)-Steuerung ausgeführt. Schutzschwellen und Verzögerungen sind werksprogrammiert und in einer Vielzahl von Konfigurationen erhältlich. Separate Übertemperatur- und Untertemperatur-Schwellen für Entladung (OTD und UTD) und Ladung (OTC und UTC) werden für zusätzliche Flexibilität bereitgestellt. Diese Bauelemente schützen Akku-Pakete über integrierte unabhängige CHG- und DSG-Low-Side-NMOS-FET-Treiber, die über zwei Steuerpins deaktiviert werden können.
