PTN78060 Integrated Switching Regulators

Texas Instruments PTN78060 Integrated Switching Regulator (ISR) provides high-efficiency step-down voltage conversion for loads of up to 3A. The TI PTN78060W ISR may be set to any value within the output voltage range of 2.5V to 12.6V. The TI PTN78060H can be set to any value within the output voltage range of 11.85V to 22V. The Texas Instruments PTN78060 ISR features high-efficiency of up to 96% and also includes undervoltage lockout, an integral on/off inhibit, an output current limit, and overtemperature protection.
