STM32 F4 Cortex™-M4 Mikrocontroller

STMicroelectronics STM32 F4 32-Bit Cortex™-M4 Mikrocontroller (MCUs) erschließen den Markt für digitale Signalcontroller (DSCs) mit einer neuen Reihe an Produkten, die kontakt- und softwarekompatibel mit der STM32 F2-Serie sind, jedoch eine verbesserte Leistung, DSP-Fähigkeit, mehr SRAM und Peripherie-Optimierungen wie beispielsweise Voll-Duplex-I²S, weniger als 1μA RTC und 2,4MSPS-ADCs bieten. STMicroelectronics STM32 F4 Mikrocontroller enthalten eine Fließkommaeinheit (FPU) und Kernfunktionen wie integrierte Einzelzyklus-Multiplikations-Additions(MAC)-Anweisungen, eine optimierte SIMD-Arithmetik sowie Sättigungsarithmetik. Der adaptive Echtzeit-ART Accelerator™ kombiniert mit STMicroelectronics 90-nm-Technologie bietet eine lineare Leistung bis zu 168MHz, wodurch die volle Leistung des Kerns nutzbar gemacht wird. Diese Merkmale erweitern die Anzahl potenzieller Anwendungen in den Bereichen Industrie, Verbraucheranwendungen und medizinische Geräte. Mikrocontroller der STM32 F4-Serie umfassen Geräte mit 512KB bis zu 1MB On-Chip-Flash-Speicher, 192kB SRAM und 15 Kommunikationsschnittstellen.
