DSL-Kabelsätze für die Bewegungssteuerung

Die DSL-Kabelsätze für Bewegungssteuerungs-Applikationen von Amphenol Sine Systemssind Einzelmotor-Kabel, die speziell für Servomotoren mit der Hiperface DSL-Schnittstelle entwickelt wurden. Diese Kabel mit IP67-Schutzart verwenden eine Abschirmung aus verzinntem Kupfergeflecht in einem Polyurethanmantel, um einen IP67-Schutz (im gesteckten Zustand) bei Temperaturen von -40 °C bis 105 °C zu gewährleisten. Die DSL-Kabelsätze von Amphenol Sine Systems werden mit einem Leiterquerschnitt von 18 oder 14 AWG in den Längen 3, 5, 10, 15 und 20 m angeboten. Diese DSL-Kabelsätze für die Bewegungssteuerung sind mit M23 DinStyle Checkmate-Steckverbindern ausgestattet, die ein überlegenes Anti-Vibrations-Kupplungssystem und eine schnelle Verriegelungszuverlässigkeit bieten. Diese Produktlinie von 1.000-V-Hybridkabeln ist mit zwei Rückkopplungsleitern (für die digitale Kommunikation) sowie mit freien Zuleitungen auf der Antriebsseite ausgestattet.
