DSC8001 & DSC8003 Oscillators

Microchip Technology DSC8001 and DSC8003 Oscillators are silicon MEMS-based CMOS devices offering excellent jitter and stability performance over a wide range of supply voltages and temperatures. These devices operate from 1MHz to 150MHz in increments of 100Hz, up to four decimal point resolution. These Oscillators offer a supply voltage range between 1.8V to 3.3V and an extended operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C.
