The TI CSD16301Q2 NexFET MOSFET comes in a SON 2-mm x 2-mm plastic package that offers excellemt thermal performance for its size. The TI CSD16301Q2 provides ultralow Qg and Qgd and is ideal for DC-DC converters and battery and load management applications.

NexFET™ Power MOSFETs

Texas Instruments NexFET™ Power MOSFETs deliver half the gate charge for the same resistance so that designers can achieve 90% power-supply efficiencies with double the frequency. These NexFET power MOSFETs combine vertical current flow with a lateral power MOSFET.
