TPS731 Low-Dropout-Linear-Spannungsregler (LDO)

Die Low-Dropout-Linear-Spannungsregler (LDO) von Texas Instruments TPS731 verwenden eine Topologie mit NMOS-Durchgangselement in einer Spannungsfolger-Konfiguration. Diese Topologie ist bei Verwendung von Ausgangskondensatoren mit niedrigem äquivalenten Serienwiderstand (ESR) stabil und ermöglicht sogar den Betrieb ohne Kondensator. Das Gerät liefert außerdem einen nahezu konstanten Erdungsstiftstrom über alle Ausgangsstromwerte und eine hohe Rückstromsperre (niedriger Rückstrom).
