Recreational Vehicle Solutions

Aratas manufactures a broad selection of reliable and durable components for recreational vehicle solutions. The product lineup includes relays and switches skillfully engineered to withstand the harsh conditions of recreational vehicle applications. The relays are small and designed to run off 12V or 24V battery systems typically used in small mobility vehicles. The relays also offer load support and high inrush capability for motors and lighting applications. The sealed micro switches are ideal for areas with water spray or excessive dust (IP67 rated). The switches are available in a variety of contact ratings, terminals, levers, and mounting styles. The Aratas recreational vehicle product lineup can be used for detection applications such as seating detection, security components like headlamps and flashers, and battery power distribution, including DC high-voltage emergency shutoff.

G8PM High-Power PCB Relay

Aratas G8PM High-Power PCB Relay is designed for automotive and 12VDC applications and features high carry and switching currents within a small PCB package. Aratas G8PM PCB Relay supports up to 150A in-rush with an 80A break. This compact relay allows high-density mounting and downsizing of equipment. PCB terminal type relays are ideal for transitioning from older plug-in relay technology.

Automotive Relays

Aratas Automotive Relays are available in ultra-miniature and small package sizes for automotive and 12VDC/24VDC applications. These RoHS-compliant relays support up to a 60A fuse. The G8K series features a high-density design and extremely small mounting space. G8K relays are available in a 1x Form C or a 2x Form C (independent) package. The G8G series replaces micro ISO plug-in type relays, offers high heat resistance, and includes a 24VDC variant for commercial vehicle applications. The G8PM series replaces mini ISO plug-in type relays and provides high heat resistance. Aratas Automotive Relays are PIP reflow compliant and operate in a -40°C to +125°C temperature range.
