TMCS1127/TMCS1127-Q1 Hall-Effekt-Stromsensoren

Die TMCS1127/TMCS1127-Q1 Hall-Effekt-Stromsensoren von Texas Instruments sind galvanisch getrennte Hall-Effekt-Stromsensoren mit branchenführender Genauigkeit und Isolierung. Eine Ausgangsspannung proportional zum Eingangsstrom wird mit geringer Drift und ausgezeichneter Linearität bei allen Empfindlichkeitsoptionen bereitgestellt. Die Präzisions-Signalkonditionierungsschaltung mit eingebauter Drift-Kompensation bietet einen maximalen Empfindlichkeitsfehler von weniger als 2,75 % über Temperatur und Lebensdauer ohne Kalibrierung auf Systemebene oder einen maximalen Empfindlichkeitsfehler von weniger als 1,5 %, einschließlich Temperatur- und Lebensdauer-Drift mit einer einmaligen Kalibrierung bei Raumtemperatur.
