Low Power Quad Channel Digital Isolators
Toshiba Low Power Quad Channel Digital Isolators are low-power, four-channel devices designed for industrial automation systems that need compact signal isolation with stable mid-speed data transmission. Built on Toshiba CMOS technology with a magnetic coupling structure, these isolators combine low power consumption, compact packaging, and high reliability for factory automation, PLC, and field equipment designs. The devices support data transfer rates of up to 25Mbps, operate over a supply voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, and provide a minimum common-mode transient immunity of ±30kV/μs. Toshiba Low Power Quad Channel Digital Isolators also deliver an isolation withstand voltage of 3kVrms. The devices offer default output-logic options across the DCL34xx0B series to address different signal-direction requirements in industrial control systems.
