PS2P-ARC Positionssensoren

Die PS2P-ARC Positionssensoren von Amphenol Piher verhindern radiales und axiales Spiel auf Drehgelenken, bei dem eine Fehlausrichtung zu schlechtem Betriebsverhalten   und arbeitsintensiver Wartung führt. Das Elektronikmodul des PS2P-ARC ist am Gehäuse befestigt und der Magnet ist an den rotierenden Teilen eines Drehgelenks (oder umgekehrt) befestigt. Ohne die Notwendigkeit von Schaltungen oder Verbindungen sind die PS2P-ARC Sensoren einfach zu montieren. Der PS2P-ARC misst Positionsänderungen gegenüber dem Sensor, indem er die Bewegung eines sinusförmigen Magnetbogenmagneten in einem separaten Gehäuse erkennt. Dieser Lichtbogenmagnet ist nur empfindlich gegenüber der koplanaren Flussdichte mit der IC-Oberfläche. Die PS2P-ARC Sensoren bieten trotz extremen Vibrationen, Stößen, Temperaturen und Verunreinigungen die gleiche Präzision und Stabilität über ihre gesamte Lebensdauer. Als absolute Sensoren verlieren die PS2P-ARC Positionssensoren von Amphenol Piher ihre Werte auch nach einem Stromausfall nicht.
