Banner Engineering S100 Multitouch Display provides a compact point-of-use operator interface that bridges the gap between traditional push buttons and full-featured HMIs. The displays combine configurable touch input, status indication, text messaging, audible alerts, and haptic feedback within a single low-profile device, helping machine builders and system integrators simplify operator interaction. S100 displays support up to five configurable touch zones that can operate independently or as a single large touch area. Two scrollable text lines provide operator guidance, while 16 configurable RGB LEDs deliver a clear machine-status indication. Available discrete I/O, IO-Link, and Modbus versions allow integration into a wide range of automation architectures. Touch behavior, display messaging, LED functions, and alerts can be configured to match application requirements.
