SESD Silicon ESD SPA Protection Devices

Littelfuse SESD Silicon ESD SPA Protection Devices help protect electronic circuits against damage from Electrostatic Discharge (ESD), surge, and cable discharge events. These protection devices offer low capacitance, low leakage current, and low clamping voltage in a small, low-profile 0201 and 0402 DFN package.
