AS6223 Digital Temperature Sensors

Infineon Technologies AS6223 Digital Temperature Sensors are high-accuracy sensor systems that communicate via a two-wire digital bus with other devices. The AS6223 IC includes a Si bandgap temperature sensor, an ADC, and a digital signal processor.
