STPS1230SF 30V Power Schottky Rectifier

STMicroelectronics STPS1230SF 30V Power Schottky Rectifier is a Schottky Barrier Rectifier optimized for use in high-frequency miniature DC-DC converters, reverse battery protection, battery chargers, and power adapters. Packaged in a PSMC (TO-277A), the STPS1230SF has a very low VF in a compact package and can withstand very high operating junction temperature. The STMicroelectronics STPS1230SF 30V Power Schottky Rectifier features wettable flanks, ensuring high-quality connections and allowing visual solder inspection.
