ON Semiconductor Motion SPM 2 Modul
Das Fairchild Motion SPM-2-Modul bietet eine hochleistungsfähige Inverter-Endstufe für AC-Induktionsmotoren, BLDC-Motoren und PMSM-Motoren, die alle Leistungsmerkmale enthält. Es enthält einen optimierten Gate-Treiber der eingebauten IGBTs für minimale EMI und Verluste. Es bietet gleichzeitig mehrere Schutzmerkmale wie z. B. Unterspannungssperren, Überstromschutz, Temperaturmessung und Störungsmeldung.
The built-in high-speed High Voltage Integrated Circuit (HVIC) requires only a single supply voltage and translates the incoming logic level gate inputs to high-voltage, high-current drive signals. The SPM 2 modules come with separate negative IGBT terminals for each phase to support the widest variety of control algorithms.
