KEMET ESD-bewertete oberflächenmontierbare Kondensatoren

ESD-bewertete, für Automobilelektronik spezifizierte oberflächenmontierbare Kondensatoren von KEMET sind gemäß HBM-AEC Q200-002 ESD-bewertet. Die Kondensatoren eignen sich ideal für Applikationen, bei denen Elektrostatische Entladungen (ESD) während der Montage oder des Betriebs den Kondensator oder den Stromkreis beschädigen können. Sie verfügen über einen Kapazitätsbereich von 1 nF bis 220nF und einen Betriebstemperaturbereich von -55 °C bis +125 °C. Die Kondensatoren sind in einer EIA-0603 (1608) Gehäusegröße und entweder C0G- oder X7R-dielektrisch erhältlich.
