LITEON H11D1 Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers / Photocouplers

LITEON H11D1 Schmitt Trigger Optocouplers / Photocouplers are high-performance phototransistor-based optoelectronic devices designed for applications requiring electrical isolation and signal integrity. Encased in compact 6-pin packages, the LITEON H11D1 combines the functionality of an optocoupler with a Schmitt trigger circuit. These components provide electrical isolation between circuits while also converting input signals into clean, noise-free digital outputs, thanks to the hysteresis provided by the Schmitt trigger. With a high isolation voltage of 5000VRMS, H11D1 devices are ideal for use in switch-mode power supplies (SMPS), battery chargers, telecommunication equipment, and industrial control systems, where low-voltage circuits need to be protected against high-voltage transients and electrical noise. Fast switching characteristics and stable output make these optocouplers suitable for both analog and digital applications, ensuring reliable performance in environments where signal clarity and safety are critical.
