Microsemi / Microchip MPLADxxKP TVS-Dioden

Microsemi / Microchip  MPLADxxKP Überspannungsschutzdioden (TVS) sind konzipiert um thermischen Widerstands und kumulative Wärmeentwicklung zu reduzieren. Bewertet sind diese MPLAD-Dioden mit 18 kW und 36 kW. Sie sind sowohl in unidirektionaler als auch in bidirektionaler Bauform erhältlich. Die MPLADxxKP TVS- Dioden verfügen über eine hohe Leistungsfähigkeit, hohe Zuverlässigkeit mit Wafer-Fertigung, Signalschutz mit geringer Kapazität und einem flachen SMD/SMT-Gehäuse. Sie erfüllen den Multistroke-Lightning-Standard RTCA DO-160, Abschnitt-22 für Flugzeug-Design. Übliche Applikationen sind zum Beispiel militärische und medizinische Ausrüstung, Telekommunikation, Blitzschlagund Automobil-Lastabwurfschutz.
