Carlo Gavazzi RSGT Series Soft Starters

Carlo Gavazzi RSGT Series Soft Starters offer three-phase AC motor construction and compact dimensions in three housing options: 45mm, 75mm, and 120mm. These soft starters have a self-learning algorithm that automatically adjusts the start parameters, optimizing the motor starts and stops. Fast installation and setup are achieved since only three settings are required: FLC, ramp-up, and ramp-down. The diagnostic functions provide additional protection, and the RSGT series features overload protection (Class 10.) The control of the three phases provides better current reduction and no current imbalance during the motor start, lessening stress on the motor. Carlo Gavazzi RSGT Series Soft Starters are suitable for three-phase fixed-speed AC induction motor applications where there is a need to reduce the starting current and/or minimize stress on the motor during start and stop, i.e.,  compressors, pumps, and fans.
