congatec conga-STDA4 SMARC Computer-on-Modules (CoM)
congatec conga-STDA4 SMARC Computer-on-Modules (CoMs) are a solution platform featuring the industrial-grade Arm® Cortex®-based TDA4VM processor from Texas Instruments. The TDA4VM uses a system-on-chip architecture that incorporates accelerated vision and AI processing, real-time control, and functional safety capabilities. Integrating the TI TDA4VM on the standardized CoMs from congatec simplifies the design-in process, allowing designers in embedded industries to focus on their core competencies. This also helps save up-front costs and shorten the time to market compared fully customized designs, especially if they are producing smaller quantities of their solutions. These dual Arm Cortex-A72-based modules are credit-card sized and operate in a -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range.
The conga-STDA4 SMARC CoMs are designed for industrial mobile machinery requiring near-field analytics, including automated guided vehicles and autonomous mobile robots, and construction and agricultural machinery. Additional applications include any vision-focused industrial or medical solution requiring powerful yet energy-efficient artificial intelligence (AI) processors at the edge.
