Diotec Semiconductor P6KE47CA-AQ Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode

The Diotec Semiconductor P6KE47CA-AQ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode is designed to provide reliable protection against transient voltage spikes, electrostatic discharge (ESD), and other overvoltage events. This TVS diode offers a 600W peak pulse power (10/1000µs waveform), 5W continuous power dissipation, and a 100A peak forward surge current (8.3ms half-sine wave). The P6KE47CA-AQ TVS diode comes in unidirectional and bidirectional versions and includes a very fast response time. This TVS diode weighs around 0.4g and is available in UL 94V-0 case material. The P6KE47CA-AQ TVS diode complies with RoHS, REACH, and conflict minerals.
