Guerrilla RF GRF2093 Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier
Guerrilla RF GRF2093 Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier provides a wide range of frequency from 1.0 to 6.0GHz. The GRF2093 Amplifier is a high-performance satellite radio solution with application-specific biasing, allowing the device to function as a first-stage LNA over 2320 to 2345MHz. Guerilla RF GRF2093 features a Vdd range of 2.7 to 5.0V and Iddq from 30mA to 100mA. The GRF2093 Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier is available in a 1.5mm DFN-6 package and pinout.
The Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier is also available in the GRF2093-W series, which is AEC-Q100 Grade 2 Qual Pending. This GRF2093-W amplifier features 100% device reflow at assembly and optical die inspection.
