Guerrilla RF GRF5710 High Linearity Power Amplifier offers excellent linearity, gain, and efficiency across the 0.4GHz to 1.8GHz frequency range. This amplifier features a rugged design with extreme resilience to mismatched loads. The GRF5710 power amplifier operates at 500mA native mode quiescent current consumption and 5V supply voltage. This power amplifier also features flexible biasing and tuning bandwidth range of 20% to 30%. The GRF5710 power amplifier operates at -40°C to 85°C temperature range. This power amplifier is packaged in a compact 4mm x 4mm industry-standard QFN-24 package. The GRF5710 power amplifier is ideal for mobile infrastructure, repeaters, driver amplifiers, and general-purpose wireless.
