Multi-Protocol Ethernet I/O Blocks
Designed to help users easily understand how their machines are performing. The DXMR90 controllers are a central component for remote I/O systems for device monitoring and control. Additionally, the DXMR90 combines all signals into one unified stream of insightful data that can be managed via common industrial Ethernet protocols.
The DXMR90-4K IO-Link Master 4-port IO-Link device gathers data from sensors, lighting products, IO-Link hubs, etc. Combining all signals, outputs process, and diagnostic data via Ethernet/IP, Modbus/TCP, and PROFINET, the DXMR90-4K is a self-contained controller that offers logic processing and custom programmability.
The DXMR110-8K 8-port IO-Link Master is a compact smart controller that processes, consolidates, and distributes data from multiple sources. With the ability to communicate with up to eight IO-Link devices, the DXMR110 converts signals to EtherNet/IP, Modbus/TCP, and PROFINET and serves as a system gateway to the IIoT.
IO-Link Masters with Modbus RTU
The R45C and R90C IO-Link masters are compact devices for converting IO-Link signals from numerous IO-Link ports into Modbus RTU for IIoT and factory control systems. The R45C can connect two IO-Link devices, while the R90C can connect four. These IO-Link masters feature built-in indications for the ports and provide easy installation with no assembly or individual wiring required.
IO-Link Hubs
These hubs allow for numerous discrete sensors and actuators to be connected to an IO-Link master by standard M12 cables. Every hub can connect up to eight or 16 sensors or actuators via the IO-Link. Additionally, these solutions can be combined with Banner's IO-Link masters for transmitting discrete IO to a higher-level control system.
Modbus RTU I/O Blocks
These I/O blocks provide great interoperability and flexibility by being compatible with a wide range of hardware, regardless of the type or manufacturer. The hubs reduce wiring and installation time by allowing numerous devices to be connected to a single hub, removing the need for individual homerun connections for each device. These blocks have advanced features, including on-port mirroring, on-delays, off-delays, counters, and on-shot modes.
