Infineon Technologies PSoC®4100M ARM Mikrocontroller

Die Cypress Semiconductors PSoC®4100M ARM Mikrocontroller sind eine Produktfamilie von programmierbaren eingebetteten Systemcontrollern mit einer ARM® Cortex™-M0 CPU. Diese Mikrocontroller kombinieren programmierbare und rekonfigurierbare analoge und digitale Blöcke mit flexiblem automatischem Routing. Die PSoC®4100M ARM Mikrocontroller verfügen über ein 24MHz ARM Cortex-M0 CPU mit einer Einzelzyklus-Vervielfältigung und einem Flash-Speicher mit bis 128kb und Lesebeschleuniger. Diese Mikrocontroller sind kompatibel mit den Produkten der PSoC4-Plattform und unterstützen neue Anwendungen und Entwicklungsanforderungen. Die PSoC4100M verfügen über programmierbare analoge und digitale Untersysteme, die Flexibilität und eine Vor-Ort-Abstimmung des Designs ermöglichen.
