Infineon Technologies REF_500W_CYCLO_BDSGAN Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies REF_500W_CYCLO_BDSGAN Evaluation Board serves as a solar microinverter reference design based on a novel variation of the cyclo-converter topology. The control of this evaluation board is implemented using a high-performance PSOC™ Control C3 microcontroller with fully featured firmware. The REF_500W_CYCLO_BDSGAN evaluation board includes protection features such as overvoltage, overcurrent, and thermal protection. This evaluation board features AC power flow control, Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT), off-grid operation mode, and burst mode for light-load efficiency. The REF_500W_CYCLO_BDSGAN evaluation board offers >97% peak efficiency and 96.7% CEC weighted efficiency.
