Melexis MLX81119 18-Channel LIN RGB LED Controller
Melexis MLX81119 18-Channel LIN RGB LED Controller is designed for automotive applications and simplifies and optimizes modern vehicle lighting systems. Built on a proven architecture, this controller integrates a 1A DC/DC converter that provides a local LED supply voltage, programmable from 2.5V to 6V. By utilizing this integration, power dissipation and thermal stress are significantly reduced compared to conventional fixed external solutions. Specifications include 60mA programmable current sources, an independent 16-bit PWM control for smooth color transitions, 32KB flash, 12.5KB ROM, and 4KB RAM. Melexis MLX81119 Controller meets ISO 26262 standards and features a robust LIN interface that is fully compliant with LIN 2.x and SAE J2602 standards.
