Mikroe 3V3 to 5V Click

Mikroe 3V3 to 5V Click Logic-Level Translator is a compact add-on board that translates voltage levels between 3.3V host systems and 5V mikroBUS-compatible peripherals for mixed-voltage embedded designs. The board is based on the Texas Instruments TXS0108E and is intended to help designers interface 3.3V MCU platforms safely with 5V Click boards and other compatible modules.

Two TXS0108E level translators handle communication and control signal adaptation between the host and peripheral voltage domains. At the same time, an onboard mikroBUS socket implemented as headers allows an additional Click board or compatible module to be connected directly. The Mikroe 3V3 to 5V Click Logic-Level Translator also includes an AN SEL switch for direct or resistor-divider-based analog routing and LED indicators that show the active 3.3V and 5V rails during operation.

The board is ideal for prototyping, system integration, hardware evaluation, interfacing legacy 5V modules, adapting sensor boards, communication interface testing, and mixed-voltage embedded systems. The 3V3 to 5V Click is fully compatible with the mikroBUS socket, supports host systems that implement the mikroBUS standard, and is backed by mikroSDK open-source libraries and ClickID automatic board detection.
