Mikroe MIKROE-3543 STSPIN250 Click
Mikroe MIKROE-3543 STSPIN250 Click is a brushed DC motor driver with current limiting and current sensing. The STSPIN250 is based on the STSPIN250 low-voltage DC brushed motor driver. The Mikroe driver is optimized for portable and low-voltage applications and features a low (max 89nA) standby current. The STSPIN250 represents a highly efficient DC motor driver thanks to the MOSFET's low ON resistance for its output stage. The device is housed in a small (3x3mm QFN) form factor. It implements a PWM current control with a fixed OFF time and a full set of protection features. STSPIN250 can be used with the step motor voltage ranging from 1.8V to 10V and current up to 2.6A.Features
