NewAE Technology SAM4S CW313 Target Board for ChipWhisperer®
NewAE Technology SAM4S CW313 Target Board for ChipWhisperer® is based on the Atmel SAM4S microcontroller and includes the ATSAM4S2AA-MU, which has 128KB Flash and 64KB SRAM. The board is large enough to run most algorithms, including AES, RSA, and ECC.The Atmel SAM4S has an internal 1.2V regulator, which is not used in this target design. Instead, an external LDO on the connected breakout board supplies power for the core. Using a different baseboard must provide 1.2V.
The NewAE SAM4S CW313 Target Board is used for many tutorials supplied by NewAE and is very compatible with NewAE tools. Firmware can be written to the device directly using a ChipWhisperer, and many useful binaries are freely available.
