NXP Semiconductors MCX L14 Microcontrollers - Coming Soon
NXP Semiconductors MCX L14 Ultra Low Power MCUs are ultra-low-power MCUs for always-on sensor applications requiring minimal energy consumption and compact memory configurations. The devices integrate an Arm® Cortex® M33 core running up to 48MHz, with an autonomous Arm Cortex M0+ Sense Domain operating up to 10MHz, enabling low-power peripheral activity. In contrast, the main core remains in Deep Power Down.
The dual-domain architecture of the NXP MCX L14 Ultra Low Power MCUs supports the physical separation of sensing, processing, and communication tasks in energy-constrained industrial and commercial systems.
The NXP MCX L14 MCUs are suited for industrial and commercial sensors, building safety detectors, home control panels, smoke and fire alarms, flow meters, smart appliances, and motion detectors. The MCX L14 supports up to 256kB of flash and up to 64KB of SRAM, with package options including 100-pin LQFP and VFBGA variants for compact, low-power designs.
