onsemi NCP716 Lineare LDO-Spannungsregler

Die NCP716 Linearen LDO-Spannungsregler von onsemis sind sehr stabile und präzise Geräte mit extrem geringem Erdstromverbrauch. Die NCP716 verfügen über einen breiten Eingangsspannungsbereich. Der Regler enthält mehrere Schutzfunktionen wie thermischer Shutdown und Strombegrenzung.
