Parker Chomerics CHO-THERM® T441 1.1W/m-K Conductive Insulator Pads

Parker Chomerics CHO-THERM® T441 Conductive Insulator Pads offer 1.1W/m·K thermal conductivity, 8.7kV voltage breakdown (dry), 8.1kV voltage breakdown (wet), and 0.41°C-in2/W (2.6°C-cm2/W) thermal impedance. These commercial-grade thermal/electrical insulator pads are an alternative to greased mica insulators between discrete power devices and heat sinks. The T441 series includes three standard thickness choices: 0.008" (0.20mm), 0.013" (0.33mm), and 0.018" (0.46mm). These dry pads provide robust mechanical strength and are available with or without a pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) acrylic layer for ease of installation. Parker Chomerics CHO-THERM T441 Conductive Insulator Pads operate in a wide temperature range of -40°C to +200°C.
