Parker Chomerics SOFT-SHIELD® 3500 Wrapped Foam EMI Shield Gaskets
Parker Chomerics SOFT-SHIELD® 3500 EMI Shield Gaskets are wrapped in a conductive nickel-plated copper fabric, providing excellent compression set (<15%) in low-closure-force applications that require high shielding effectiveness. The low compression set offers more reliable and repeatable shielding performance, creating an alternative shielding solution to traditional spring-finger type products. The SOFT-SHIELD 3500 fabric-over-foam (FoF) gaskets are available in strip form with or without adhesive in a variety of profiles/cross-sections, including rectangle, C-fold, D-shape, P-shape, knife-edge, and stealth. Additional features include a RoHS/REACH compliance, a UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and an operating temperature up to +70°C. Parker Chomerics SOFT-SHIELD 3500 EMI Shield Gaskets are designed for indoor applications, including electronics, enclosures, and door seals.
