PEM MSO4™ microPEM® Self-Clinching Standoffs
PEM MSO4™ microPEM® Self-Clinching Standoffs are designed for mounting and/or spacing in applications with extremely limited space. These standoffs are used to stack or space internal components and offer strong, permanent, and reusable load-bearing threads in metal sheets as thin as 0.012" (0.3mm). The MSO4 series are available in thread sizes as small as M1 with metric lengths of 2mm and 3mm and unified lengths of 0.94" and 0.125". These fasteners include PEM's trademark single-groove design and are made from heat-treated 400 series stainless steel, resulting in stronger threads than weld standoffs.
