Qorvo QPA0023 6GHz to 18GHz Driver Amplifier

Qorvo QPA0023 6GHz to 18GHz Driver Amplifier is a high-performance driver amplifier fabricated on Qorvo’s production 0.15µm pHEMT process (QPHT15). Covering 6GHz to 18GHz, the QPA0023 provides 14dB small-signal gain, 29dBm P1dB, and saturated power of 30dBm. In addition, the device can provide an IMD3 level of -42dBc at Pout = 20dBm/tone.

Qorvo matches the QPA0023 to 50Ω and integrates DC-blocking capacitors on both I/O ports to enable simple system integration and easier handling. It is an ideal choice for EW and communication systems.
