Qorvo QPC6122 Absorptive SPDT Switch

Qorvo QPC6122 Absorptive SPDT Switch offers compact, wideband switching while reducing component count and maintaining low insertion loss and signal linearity across a wide bandwidth. This silicon-on-insulator (SOI) single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch is ideal for 5G, cellular, and other high-performance communication systems. The compact device offers fast switching, excellent linearity, and high power-handling capability. Additional features include a non-reflective design, RF1 and RF2 ports terminated with 50Ω load(s) in the non-throw (OFF) state, and RoHS compliance. Qorvo QPC6122 Absorptive SPDT Switch is housed in a 2mm x 2mm 12-lead surface-mount leadless package.
