Qorvo QPC6144 Absorptive SP4T Switch
Qorvo QPC6144 Absorptive SP4T Switch offers high-isolation switching and eliminates cascaded switches with >65dB isolation in a single device. This silicon-on-insulator (SOI) single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch is designed for 3G, LTE, cellular, and other high-performance communication systems. The compact QPC6144 switch features symmetric-throw ports with excellent linearity and power-handling capability. The design is non-reflective, and the RF1, RF2, RF3, and RF4 ports are terminated with 50Ω load(s) in the non-throw (OFF) state. Qorvo QPC6144 Absorptive SP4T Switch is RoHS compliant and is housed in a 4mm x 4mm surface-mount leadless package.
