Qorvo QPC6188 Absorptive SP4T Switch

Qorvo QPC6188 Absorptive SP4T Switch provides flexible wideband routing and simplifies multi-path RF routing while maintaining low loss and signal linearity across multiple bands. This silicon-on-insulator (SOI) single-pole, four-throw (SP4T) switch is designed for 5G, cellular, and other high-performance communication systems. The QPC6188 offers high isolation, symmetric throw ports, and excellent linearity and power-handling capability. The compact switch design is non-reflective, featuring RF1, RF2, RF3, and RF4 ports that are terminated with 50Ω load(s) in the non-throw (OFF) state. Qorvo QPC6188 Absorptive SP4T Switch is RoHS compliant and has a 3mm x 3mm surface-mount leadless LGA package.
