Skyworks Solutions Inc. Si829x Isolated Safety Gate Drivers provide the benefits of ProVCD™ current-mode-controlled gate drive with high-resolution gate waveform shaping and cycle-by-cycle control through a digital interface. These Skyworks isolated gate drivers are designed to ISO 26262 standards, supporting rigorous functional safety. The Si820x is suitable for ASIL D applications and is designed for electric vehicle (EV) traction inverters and other electrified systems, including eTrucking, industrial motor drives, and emerging mobility platforms.
