Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY58287-11 Sky5® Front-End Modules support 4G LTE and 5G NR radio access technology (RAT) and comply with 3GPP Power Class 1 (PC1) power and linearity requirements. These modules feature a single 5mm x 3mm x 0.681mm, 30-pin SMT form factor that integrates a filter, a coupler, a high-performance ultra high-band (UHB) power amplifier (PA), and a platform-agnostic controller, enabling UHB-PC1 applications. The PC1 spectral linearity is supported by utilizing Skyworks' enhanced PA technology. Suitable applications include handsets, data cards, and machine-to-machine applications.
